1. Base Consultancy Package

Initial Fee: €600 (Payment accepted in USD)
This is the mandatory starting fee for opening a file and initiating the process.

What’s included: Initial eligibility assessment, professional guidance on required paperwork, and full preparation of the application forms.

2. Supplemental Services (Optional)

Consular Representation & Attendance: If you require a representative to personally accompany you to the Embassy/Consulate to assist with the formal submission, an additional fee of €200 applies.

Document Procurement: If vital records (such as birth or marriage certificates) are missing, our office can perform the research and retrieval for a nominal fee per document.

3. Complex Cases & Legal Requirements

Certain applications encounter complications, such as ancestors who formally renounced their citizenship or historical legal barriers.

Legal Fees: If a specialized attorney (Lawyer) is required, those fees are unforeseen and variable. These costs are determined based on the complexity of the case and the attorney's rates. APPROVED will provide full disclosure of these costs as soon as they are identified.

Payment Information

Currency: While our official rates are listed in Euros (€), for your convenience, we fully accept payments in US Dollars (USD) based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment.

• The 50% refund policy applies only to the base consultancy fee in the case of a final rejection.
